Women's Employment Program

Provides
services to those who have lost their primary means of financial support due to
separation, divorce, death of partner or unemployment of spouse.

Provides
services to single parents.

Through a
combination of services participants are assisted in identifying a career track
and finding and retaining suitable employment. They are encouraged to build an
effective support system using family, peers and community resources.
Project Tomorrow

Serves Pregnant and Parent Teens

The program
is designed to help young parents cope with the difficulties and
responsibilities of premature parenthood and to develop as healthy, responsible
and self-sufficient role models for their children and contributing members of
the community.

Foundations

Our Women
Offenders Program (“REACH”) is operated with support from the Circuit Court
of Harford County and in cooperation with the Harford County Detention Center.
The program is designed to help the female offender successfully transition from
incarceration to becoming a self-sufficient community member.

Our Storybook Program
helps incarcerated women maintain the maternal bond with
their children by reading a book on tape so the child can hear their mother read
them a bedtime story. It also promotes literacy.
